The Bistro has been serving the North Shore of Kauai great food and live entertainment in an open air Hawaiian plantation garden setting since 1999. We pride ourselves on using fresh local produce and ingredients to create a unique European, pacific rim, fusion menu.

He started his restaurant career as a bus person over 30 years ago in the same building, (formally Casa di Amici Restaurant) and has worked his way through all the positions in the restaurant. Now just know as the Bistro our Restaurant and Bar has been serving the North Shore of Kauai great food and live entertainment in an open air Hawaiian plantation garden setting since 1999. At the Bistro, our goal is to serve great tasting food while minimizing our environmental impact. We pride ourselves on using fresh, local produce and ingredients to create a unique European, pacific rim, fusion menu. Chef John-Paul Gordon starts with as many local ingredients he can find on Kauai to create a seasonal menu.We hope that you enjoy yourself in our modest bistro and we have faith that you will take the time to enjoy food, drink and life.
